Tailored for all levels, the Flexibility Foundation Course offers targeted sessions for hip flexors, hamstrings, back, shoulders, adductors, and hips. With six 30-minute routines, you'll see amazing progress. Customise your schedule, whether daily or weekly, and focus on full-body flexibility over 6 days or take your time and focus on one key area each week. Each session emphasises proper technique and alignment through a blend of conditioning exercises, stretches, and engaging drills. You'll not only increase your flexibility but also build the necessary strength and mobility to support it. Structured Training: Our program consists of step-by-step routines that target key muscle groups. Each class is designed to gradually increase flexibility and strength while minimising the risk of injury.

Clear Instructions: Gwendolen guides you through every movement during the sessions. The free downloadable PDF guide provides clear visual instructions for select key exercises, so if you’re short on time you can practice just these.

Progress Tracking: We encourage you to track your progress throughout the program. Take ‘before’ photos of your, standing forward fold, front and middle splits and backbends to compare results after completion. We find this is a brilliant motivator and helps a regular practice routine.

Your Schedule: Whether you prefer a daily routine or a weekly focus, it's up to you. Complete full-body flexibility training over 6 days (1 class a day) or focus on one key area each week with the 2 classes.
