Yes, of course! The classes are designed to meet you where you are, with options and progressions throughout. Gwendolen is an experienced teacher and will give adjustments and feedback where necessary to assist students.

Comfortable clothing you can move in. Additionally, all equipment, such as yoga mats, is provided for.

Yes, we do! Your first class is just £5. Simply book into any single class date you like then enter the code 'STRETCH' at checkout. This offer is open to all new students with a one-time use per customer.
We also offer discounted class bundles!

These classes are not recommended during the second or third trimester of pregnancy due to the intensity of the stretching. They may also not be suitable for those with serious or acute injuries.
