  • "You can't compare YouTube videos to real classes at all. It's so much better to go to a professional and see actual results. Loved each class & most importantly the atmosphere is so welcoming and warm, best place to escape daily life for an hour. I will always recommend these classes."

    Darja

  • "Absolutely love this class! I’ve been for only half a term so far and already feel better in my body and mind. Gwendolen is so kind and welcoming too. She’s a great teacher if you’re feeling nervous about your fitness or flexibility levels! Just booked for next term as I’m seeing improvements already."

    Sunday

  • "Very professional approach. I really enjoyed the class and definitely comeback."

    Silvia

  • "Such an amazing class! It was difficult but in the best way possible, and you could choose how deep into a stretch to go to cater it to what you could do. Gwendolen's instructions were super clear and she was really kind. 10/10, I can't wait to go back!"

    Holly

  • "Excellent! I was hesitant to start as I know I am out of shape but the atmosphere is very encouraging & Gwendolen clearly has expertise in guiding & instructing: she's also pretty funny, which helps! I would happily recommend if you are returning to/ starting flexibility practice - the hour was challenging but wholly manageable for me at 59 years old."
